Titan Machinery Acquires Mid-Land Equipment Company, L.C.
Titan Machinery Inc. announced today the signing of an agreement to acquire Mid-Land Equipment Company, L.C., with six dealerships in Iowa and Nebraska. The acquisition is expected to close on or about May 30, 2008, subject to closing conditions.
